Upon first meeting Jessica, you will immediately learn that her heart belongs to Cabarrus County! She was born and raised in Kannapolis, NC and graduated from UNC Charlotte. Happily married to a Concord native and now raising her son here, Jessica will tell you there’s no better place to be! She loves her community and its small-town feel. Her passion for giving back is woven into her heart and one of the many reasons she joined Team Honeycutt.
Customer service and stellar communication are her top priority with every client and every transaction. Jessica knows that buying or selling a home can be stressful. She works hard to educate and give advice based on her knowledge and expertise. She is dedicated from beginning to end, giving support along the way and making the experience as easy as possible.
Education is very important to Jessica. Alongside of her annual real estate courses, Jessica has completed her workforce housing certification and become an Accredited Buyers Representative. Jessica is currently enrolled in Leadership Cabarrus through the Cabarrus Chamber of Commerce, where she is growing her knowledge about Cabarrus County history, local government, law enforcement, economic development, media, education, workforce development, health and human services and tourism.

Jessica will quickly tell you that she’s incredibly proud to be a part of an experienced and highly accredited team. She believes the legacy of Team Honeycutt, that started over 35 years ago with Betty & Diane Honeycutt, is like no other.
In her free time, you'll find Jessica at the ball field watching her son, volunteering with 1Can, The Open Door House, or outreach projects through her church. She is a proud member of SOJO Church in Concord, where you're always welcome to join her.
