Personal

 

Born in Germany, my parents having lost pretty much everything after WWII, brought us to the U.S. when I was only 3 years old. My parents instilled a determined and disciplined work ethic in me that I'm still able to use for my clients' benefit today. As a father of 5 children who are now all successful in their lives as young adults, I am grateful that they also adopted similar skills and most of all, kindness toward everyone.

 

Professional I have been a licensed NYS Real Estate Broker since 1977. Having lived here all my life, I specialize in obtaining the highest values possible for my clients in the purchase or sale of single-family residences, Waterfront and Luxury homes, Income & Commercial property, all within a 50 mile radius of Rochester, NY including the Finger Lakes Winery regions.

 

Information I truly love the Greater Rochester, NY area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
