Asa Fleming is a Broker and REALTOR® with Howard Hanna Allen Tate in Raleigh, North Carolina, bringing more than 25 years of real estate experience to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Triangle and across North Carolina. Known for his strategic guidance, calm leadership, and client-first approach, Asa specializes in residential real estate, investment properties, and community-focused development.

Asa is a nationally recognized real estate leader who has served at the local, state, and national levels of the REALTOR® organization. He is the 2026 Vice President of Advocacy for the National Association of REALTORS®, representing more than one million REALTORS® in advancing policies that protect property rights, promote housing opportunity, and strengthen communities.

He previously served as President of North Carolina REALTORS® in 2019 and was honored as the 2020 NC REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year, the organization’s highest recognition. At the local level, Asa is a Past President of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® and was named 2016 RRAR REALTOR® of the Year.

Asa is a graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy and has served as Chair of its Advisory Group. He holds a Master of Real Estate degree from REALTOR® University and Columbia College, and has earned professional designations including AHWD® (At Home With Diversity) and SFR® (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource). He is also a long-time RPAC Hall of Fame and Platinum R Major Investor, reflecting his deep commitment to advocacy and civic engagement.

Beyond real estate sales, Asa serves on the Wake County Planning Board, contributing to thoughtful growth, land use policy, and long-term community planning. He is actively involved in nonprofit and community development efforts focused on housing access, education, and equitable growth in Raleigh and surrounding areas.
