Born and raised in Bulgaria, Svetla came to America when she was 20 years old. Young, ambitious and driven, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from San Diego State University. While in school she started her own business in the Hospitality Industry. Management, attention to detail and leadership all come naturally to her.

Through the course of her travels, Svetla has seen how important home ownership is as part of the American Dream.
