Experience matters in real estate and it’s just not about the transaction. Ken Smith has been a licensed agent for more than a decade and has a wealth of knowledge from his experiences in personal transactions and as an investor. He understands what it means for a house to have “good bones” plus the expertise to help sellers sell for maximum value.

Marketing experience matters too, after all, selling a house is one large marketing puzzle and Ken is a puzzle master. His background is steeped in marketing communication, from his experiences working in the upper levels of nonprofits to extensive strategy experience in an agency setting and client counsel. His education includes an undergraduate degree in public relations and a graduate degree in integrated marketing communication. You will not find a similar combination of expertise in this market. Of course these skills will benefit you when it’s time to list and will be a distinct advantage while closing the transaction.

Ken will remain focused on your particular goals and all of the details required to help you meet that goal while keeping your transaction grounded in the fundamentals of good real estate practice. You can be also be assured that he will maintain an unparalleled level of discretion and service during the process. He is particularly adept in working with the special needs of management and executive level clientele.

While Ken enjoys real estate, he also enjoys giving back to the community and participating in community activities. Currently he’s the president of Alamance Pride and a member of the Burlington Citizens Police Advisory Team. He is also a graduate of Leadership Alamance and the Burlington Citizen’s Fire Academy.
