Lynn Pirro Burns has been serving the real estate needs of Syracuse for 20 years. During that time, she with her partner Peggy Cadaret (who passed away in March of 2017), were consistently one of the top selling teams in the area. Prior to entering the real estate profession, Lynn worked in her family owned and operated business, Thomas J. Pirro Jr. Funeral Home. This experience makes her uniquely qualified to give your real estate needs the highest level of attention. Lynn was born and raised in Syracuse and graduated from Bishop Grimes High School, Skidmore College, and Simmons School of Mortuary Science. She and her husband Don Burns Jr. live in Jamesville. They have two children Deke, 32 currently residing in New York City with his wife, Melina, and Lee, 30, currently residing in Boston.
Lynn is active in many organizations such as the Samaritan Center and the town of DeWitt Board of Assessors. Lynn is a season ticket holder for many SU sports, enjoys travel, and supporting local businesses. Please contact me at [email protected]

3. Search for Homes
Discuss with your Realtor you wants vs needs, price point, location, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, type of home, and any other criteria. Review list of homes that meet your criteria, schedule showings, narrow down your list, and make an offer!!

6. Apply for Mortgage
Some items you will need at time of application: pay stubs from last 30 days, last 2 W2's, 2-3 months of bank statements, and other financial information.... that may vary from lender to lender
7. Closing
Do a final walk through of home, attend closing, and move right in!!!
