Welcome to my website! My mission is to assist you in any real estate needs you may have, whether buying or selling in the Carolinas. I would like to provide you with as much information as possible to help you make the best real estate decisions for you and your family. I relocated to Charlotte from Tennessee in 1982 and have enjoyed a successful real estate career since 1999, being named a “Top Producer” every year. My clients have included relocating new friends from the Caribbean and various foreign countries, to clients moving from New York to just around the corner.

 

My honesty, sense of humor and knowledge of real estate are what I will bring to you to help you make the best real estate decisions. As an experienced agent, I will provide you with timely tips on home inspections, mortgage and insurance rates, home repairs and closings. When working with buyers, I will assist you in finding a home that will best suit your needs and also advise you to look into the future to ensure your decision will bring the best results when you choose to sell your home. As your seller agent, I will offer advice on getting your house in the best condition to bring maximum list price and provide outstanding exposure and marketing from list to close.

 

When I am not assisting my clients, I enjoy spending time kicking around in flip flops at the beach and playing with my two dogs. But come September, you will find me tailgating and cheering for my UT Vols and Carolina Panthers!
