We were very impressed with Elena every step of the way. We were driving around to open houses one weekend to get an idea of what was out there, knowing we were about 3-4 months from being ready to purchase a home. We went to 6 or 7 open houses that day and each time filled out the sign in sheet and said that we weren't currently working with an agent. Elena was understanding of the fact that we weren't quite ready but was the only agent that followed up and took the time to call us. She called us 2 times over the next few months just to check in, and as soon as we were ready she was all business. She was on top of everything and was not afraid to get on the phone and make things happen. We would highly recommend Elena to anyone looking to buy or sell. Elena was incredibly responsive during the entire process. She was available via phone, email, text, and in person! We were looking for a larger home for our family, and Elena helped immensely throughout the whole process. I felt comfortable she was representing our interests at all times.

Elena was wonderful from the beginning of the process to the very end. Her best characteristic as my agent was by far, her responsiveness. I never once had to ask twice, leave more than one message, or play phone tag. She was always prompt, kept me in the loop, but handled all the behind the scene things for me as well.
