Hello, I'm Dave Fabig, and I am proud to be a part of the Chardon Howard Hanna Office. A resident of Geauga County for over 35 years, I have not only witnessed the growth of this community but actively contributed to its development.
My commitment goes beyond real estate; I am deeply involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of LGAAR (Lake Geauga Area Association of Realtors). As a member of the Professional Standards Committee at Ohio Realtors, I uphold the highest ethical standards in the real estate profession. I also serve on the Newbury Zoning Commission.
In my journey as a Realtor, I have been an integral part of Ohio Realtors, representing the interests of both clients and colleagues. With over 40 years of sales and customer service experience, I bring a unique perspective to the real estate landscape.
On a personal note, I've been happily married to my wife Cindy for 42 years, and together we've raised three wonderful kids who all graduated from Chardon High School. Our family is complete with the presence of our beloved dog named Riley.
