Steve Lenker RRS

Steve has over 40 years of experience in diverse and sophisticated real estate acquisitions and development projects ranging from $1M to $50M. He has negotiated real estate transactions involving land assemblages for planned golf communities, major retail developments, peripheral out lots, multi family housing sites and office parks both domestically and internationally. Steve has been an active with numerous governmental municipalities in master planning processes, zoning matters, architectural reviews, infrastructure development, road development, engineering and storm water management.

As the President and COO for Muirfield Village Company, Steve actively managed numerous turnkey construction and land development projects. Steve is currently a licensed Real Estate Agent in The State of Ohio and a former Broker/Owner of two large Real Estate franchises in the greater Columbus market. He is an expert in the Dublin, Ohio and Muirfield Village real estate market.  Steve now manages The Briton Group, a single family residential development company focused on the central Ohio market.  

Most recently, Steve, his son David, and Jake Ballard created The Lenker Group, Columbus's own "dream team" of residential and commercial Realtors®.
