Jim West has been a Licensed Realtor since 1969 and an active member in community activities and also in my real estate profession.  Wife - Dee and I have  three grown boys whom attended the Tallmadge Schools.  Dee is a retired Pre-School Teacher after 25 years at the Treehouse Pre-School, First Congregational Church in Tallmadge.  Jay and Shari West reside in Tallmadge with two children, Brianna and Gavin, Jay works for Chicago Title (Fidelity Title )and is the IT Manager for Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois,Wisconsin, and Minnesota, Shari is a Registered Nurse and works for Akron General Hospital.  Jon and Bonnie West reside in West Chester (Liberty Township), Ohio and have two children, Jake and Gracie.  Jon is Assistant City Manager for the Village of Indian Hill, Cincinnati, Ohio and Bonnie works for Proctor and Gamble in the Research Department.  Doug and Anna West of Dayton, Ohio and they have two children - twins, Alexandra and Andrew.  Doug is a pilot for United Airlines and is currently and is in the Ohio Airforce Reserve flying the C17 plane at Wright Patterson Airbase in Dayton, Ohio with the rank of Major and Anna is a Dental Hygienist. 

Licensed Realtor since 1969 and a Licensed Residential Appraiser since 1991. 

 October of 2011 -  Named a Life Member of the Howard Hanna's President's Circle of Excellence.  Named Realtor Emeritus by the National Association of Realtors at the 2009 Midyear Legislative Meetings. 

2005 President of the Ohio Association of Realtors. 

A Past Director of the National Association of Realtors.

Past President of the Akron Area Board of Realtors in 1990 and 1996. 

Named Realtor of the Year by the Ohio Association of Realtors in 1991.

President (2012 & 2013) of the Tallmadge Chamber of Commerce and currently serving as a Trustee & Past President in 2014 and 2015 of the Tallmadge Chamber of Commerce.

Appointed in 2011 and currently serving as the Citizen Member of the Moral  Commission, City of Tallmadge, Ohio.

Active member of the Community Improvement Corporation for the City of Cuyahoga Falls since October of 2003. 

In August, 2012 received a 25 Year Pin as a Volunteer for the Bridgestone Invitational World Golf Championships at Firestone Golf Course and still an active volunteer.

 June, 2013 appointed as a Member of the Ohio Association of Realtors Pension Trustees to present.
