Steve Holt has over 20 years of real estate experience and is a licensed real estate broker with an extensive background in sales management, marketing, training, new homes sales, condominium and land development. He is the Vice President responsible for the operation, profitability and growth of the 5 offices located in Chautauqua County.
Steve is past board member of the Chautauqua County Board of REALTORS (CCBR) and has served as the Chairman of the technology committee. Chairman and CEO of the fourth largest real estate company in the country Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, Howard “Hoddy” W.
