I'm Lu Ryan — listing specialist, skilled negotiator, and real estate coach.
For over 30 years — since 1993 — I've been a top-producing agent with Howard Hanna, and my specialty is the listing side: getting sellers the most the market will give them. That means knowing how to prep a home, price it right, and negotiate hard, which is how I've earned the National Sales Excellence Award for more than three decades. Not by working hard alone — by negotiating smart and delivering results.
For buying and selling, I work across the south and west of Pittsburgh — Mt. Lebanon, Upper St. Clair, Bridgeville, Crafton, and Green Tree — bringing a corporate marketing and sales background to every home I represent, whether it's a charming Victorian, a mid-century ranch, or new construction.
