Tri-River Design and Construction, Inc. opened its doors in 1994 as a national retail building contractor. Servicing clients such as Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Borders, Forever 21, H&M, and dozens of other retailers over the last 20 years, Tri-River has completed over 3,400 retail store building contracts since 1994 throughout 43 states.
In the fast-paced retail and commercial building markets: schedules are always met, excellence is never negotiable, and quality is never compromised. This mindset was a tremendous asset as Tri-River shifted its focus to the residential construction market.
Tri-River entered the residential market in 2013, building both custom and spec homes in Peters Township and North Strabane Township (both in Washington County, PA). In 2014 and 2015, Tri-River built and sold the remaining 16 condominium units at Evergreen Village in Peters Township.
Tri-River is currently the exclusive builder at Spindle Court, the final phase of the Summerbrooke Planned Community in North Strabane Township, building 26 single family homes starting in the $500,000s.
For spec homes, the Buyer can choose the paint colors, flooring, and cabinets/countertops for their new home, depending on the progress of the home at the time a contract is executed. Some spec homes are already finished at the time of listing.
For custom homes, the Buyer is able to choose the floor plan as well as all interior and exterior finishes. Tri-River currently offers approximately 18 floor plans for consideration, or the Buyer may also present their own floor plan to Tri-River for consideration.
For both custom and spec homes, Tri-River navigates its Buyers through the design selection process for no additional charge, as the Buyers prepare to build or complete their dream home. We make the process smooth and enjoyable.
