- Provides conceptual development designs for the residential or commercial site
- Supervises the entire approval process of a development through the state and local authorities
- Establishes and monitors the bid process for contractors and subcontractors
- Provides on-site supervision of field work to ensure quality and timely construction of the project
- Prepares financial forecasts and budgets
