Latrobe is located an hour east of Pittsburgh in the Laurel Highlands near scenic Chestnut Ridge and offers small-town living without the loss of big-city amenities. Many celebrities have called the area their home, including the famous golfer Arnold Palmer and children’s television pioneer Fred Rogers. Its prime location along the Pennsylvania Railroad made Latrobe a bustling hub for industrial growth.
