Claire is a Cleveland native, born and raised, and living on the east side. She is an expert in the area, dedicated to finding the community and the home that will be the best fit for her buyers. For sellers, she brings a keen understanding of the marketplace, and access to her expansive network of potential buyers. Her exceptional negotiating skills have helped clients in even the most competitive and complex markets. She actively listens to her clients’ needs, to ensure that they achieve their goals, whether it is selling a property or finding a new dream home. 

Claire had a successful early career in sales in NYC, then came home to marry, be close to family, and start a family of her own. She understands the charm that attracts so many to putting down roots in Cleveland.

When Claire is not selling real estate, you’ll find her decorating her home, playing tennis, or spending time with her husband Nick, and two boys, Perry & Parks.
