About Jen
Pittsburgh native Jen Mascaro brings a deep passion for her hometown to her distinguished career at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. A tenacious self-starter, Jen developed her strong work ethic early on while working in her family’s pizza shop and bakery. When she transitioned into real estate, she carried that dedication with her—earning Rookie of the Year honors in her first year as an agent.
Jen’s career has continued to thrive ever since. By 2024, with just over nine years of experience, she surpassed over $250 million in total sales volume. She is currently the #1 agent in her office and ranks among the top ten agents company-wide. Her outstanding performance has earned her recognition among Howard Hanna’s top-producing agents, placing her within an elite group of professionals recognized for exceptional results and client service.
With a background in public relations and a degree from Slippery Rock University, along with 10 years of corporate experience as a marketing consultant and account manager, Jen brings strong leadership, strategic insight, and marketing expertise to every transaction. She leads a dedicated team of four associates, serving clients throughout Western Pennsylvania, including the eastern Allegheny County suburbs, Westmoreland County, and the city of Pittsburgh.
Known for their deep market knowledge, relentless work ethic, and full-service approach, Jen and her team go above and beyond for their clients—providing exceptional attention to detail from staging and pricing strategy to professional photography and marketing.
Beyond real estate, Jen is deeply committed to her community and has organized a fundraiser that raised over $100,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. When she’s not working, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, and their three children.
