Brian Getty and his teammate Maureen, make up The Maureen Ruefle and Brian Getty Team at the Howard Hanna Murrysville office, where he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Since beginning his career with Howard Hanna in 2018, Brian has worked extensively in residential sales, commercial sales and leasing with Hanna Commercial, and new construction. He also has a strong background in real estate investment sales, making him a versatile resource for clients.

Brian has been honored with multiple awards, including the Howard Hanna Champions Club, National Sales Excellence, multiple Diamond Performance Awards. Brian has also worked with multiple national companies in the leasing of space and disposition of assets for companies such as TruckPro, ABB, Gateway Packaging, Citizen's General Hospital of New Kensington, The Davis Saw Co, and many private investment firms. 

With deep roots in Westmoreland County and a passion for helping people, Brian takes pride in guiding clients through every step of the buying, selling, or investing process. His professional background also includes leadership roles outside of real estate, giving him strong strategic and negotiation skills that benefit his clients.
