Today is a Seller's Market, which typically means very little inventory and lots of buyers competing to purchase the same home. If I'm working with the Seller, that means helping the Seller to prepare their home for sale to staging the initial showings to allow the most buyers in to see the home so we can entertain multiple offers. I help navigate the qualifying aspects of each buyer so we choose the best offer that will work for the Seller's needs, which could be money or it could be the ability to find a buyer willing to wait for the Seller to find their next home. I coordinate all of that.
For the buyer in this Crazy Covid Market which is here to stay for awhile, helping you find and position yourself to compete with the other buyers offering on the home you wish you purchase.
