Hi, I’m Jonathan DeMusz, a Residential Real Estate Salesperson with a passion for helping people feel confident and excited throughout their real estate journey. While I’m new to real estate sales, I bring six years of industry experience from working with the MLS, where I gained valuable insight into the market, property data, and what truly makes a successful transaction.

After completing my real estate training through Hondros College, I decided to take my knowledge and enthusiasm directly to clients. I’m naturally outgoing, approachable, and genuinely enjoy meeting new people and building lasting relationships. Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for your next chapter, or simply exploring your options, I strive to make the process comfortable, informative, and enjoyable.

Outside of real estate, I love exploring new towns, discovering great local restaurants, and learning about the history behind cars and motorcycles. When I’m not out and about, you’ll usually find me relaxing at home with board games, video games, or spending time with family and friends.
