Raised in Hudson, Ohio from the age of one, Charlie brings a unique blend of local roots and big-city expertise to every real estate transaction. A proud graduate of Western Reserve Academy and a lifelong Buckeye at heart, Charlie recently returned to Hudson to be closer to family after more than a decade of high-stakes real estate experience in the fast-paced New York City market.

Charlie's professional journey is defined by a customer-first philosophy, shaped by years of successfully navigating the competitive Manhattan real estate landscape. He has helped clients buy, sell, and invest with confidence—always taking the time to coach them through each step of the process. His sharp market insights are backed by deep economic and financial acumen, with a BA in Economics and Spanish from Hamilton College and an MBA in Finance from Yale University. Prior to real estate brokerage, Charlie served as Director of Global Workplace Enablement and Real Estate Finance at American Express.
