Hi there! I’m Daniela, a full-time Realtor since 2015, and I’m lucky to serve buyers and sellers in Summit and Portage Counties—but I’m happy to help in the surrounding areas too. Whether you're buying your first home or selling your 10th home, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Real estate is in my blood! My mom was is a Realtor and has been since I was 7 years old, so I’ve been around it my whole life. From an early age, I learned how to connect with buyers, understand their needs, look out for their best interests, and hustle to get your house SOLD. Real estate is what I know, and it flows through my veins.

I absolutely love marketing, which is why I go all out for my sellers. From professional photos/videos to home staging and creative online strategies, I make sure your property gets the attention it deserves. I’ve been recognized as one of the top 100 Realtors in the US and Canada for selling homes on social media (I know how to target audiences and views bringing more approved buyers your way), and I’m in the top 10 Realtors in Ohio for the same thing! I’ve consistently ranked in the top 5-10% Realtors for sales volume in Ohio—because I’m all about delivering results.

Most of my business comes from referrals (I’m lucky to have amazing clients!) and I treat each one like family. When I help buyers, I love to meet for coffee to make sure we’re on the same page and set expectations. I’m here for the long haul, so you can count on me for market updates, remodel ideas, local babysitter recommendations, the best places to eat in town, and really anything you need. I’ve even got a VIP client group where you can ask for referrals, join in on fun games, and attend exclusive client events throughout the year.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me hanging out with my husband, two daughters, and our Boston Terrier. I’m also a huge foodie—always on the hunt for the best local coffee spots and restaurants (trust me, I know the best ones in every city).

I moved to Northeast Ohio from Lodi, California, in 2011 to attend Kent State University, where I got my accounting degree. Additional real estate experience I have, I was also a  selling manager, recruiting and training agents while still working with my own clients.  I use all of my skills to be the best Realtor I can be for you.
