Nick’s foundation was built through years of leadership and discipline—captain of his high school football team, a collegiate athlete at Johns Hopkins University, and a competitor in football, baseball, and ice hockey. That same drive carries into everything he does today.

Before real estate, Nick ran a painting contracting business (2000–2004) and was a Subway franchisee for over a decade, where he mastered systems, consistency, and marketing that moves the needle. He also served on the Subway advertising board and brings that branding mindset to every listing.
