Joe is a proud Clintonville native and a graduate of The Ohio State University’s College of Arts and Sciences—yes, he still cheers for the Buckeyes like it’s his job. As a Certified Tourism Ambassador for Columbus, he takes his title very seriously (which mostly means he knows all the good spots for coffee, craft beer, and quirky local history). He’s also well-versed in the Lancaster area and enjoys escaping to his family’s wooded acreage in Berne Township—because sometimes you just need trees.

From condos and single-family homes to multi-family investments and rural hideaways with barns, chickens, or a tractor or two, Joe has helped clients navigate all corners of the residential real estate world. Having personally survived a corporate relocation to Florida, he’s uniquely equipped to help you move—without losing your sanity or your boxes.

Joe and his wife Susan live in the Beechwold community of Clintonville, where they spend their free time remodeling homes and working on their current passion project: a mid-century modern post-and-beam featured in 614 Magazine. (Translation: there’s always sawdust somewhere, and they kind of love it.)
