Kathy Holcombe

With over four decades of real estate experience, Kathy has had the privilege of helping
generations of clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions-buying or selling a
home. Kathy is a Realtor with Howard Hanna Real Estate following the 2022 merger with
HER Realtors, where she had been a full-time Realtor since 1979. She provides a deep
knowledge of the market, negotiation expertise, and a steadfast commitment to service.
