I have been a licensed real estate agent for 40 years. I am proud to be a partner/agent with Howard Hanna, which recently merged with HER Realtors! Before the merger, HER was just again voted "Best in Business" for the 11th year in a row. Visit our office in Westerville at 413 North State Street! I also work at our many other Howard Hanna Real Estate offices throughout the city for your convenience, I have helped develop subdivision lots and have designed, built and sold spec homes. I have great knowledge of construction and provide excellent representation with Buyers wanting to purchase new construction. I provide excellent guidance throughout the process from finding the right builder, writing contracts, helping with the interior design at decorating centers (as I am a Professional Property Stager) and joining clients for construction meetings and at the end of the process, the final walk through. I have vast experience in all areas of real estate sales, representing both Sellers and Buyers with expertise, knowledge and negotiation skills from the start to the finish of the real estate transaction. I served an appointed five year term (2007 - 2012) on the Jefferson Township Board of Zoning Appeals. My clients call me "1-800 Julie" because long after the real estate transaction ends, I continually help my clients with my connections in the home decorating, maintenance and repair industries! Before entering the real estate industry, I was a school teacher. I have always enjoyed working with people. I have received the "Five Star Professional" award for eight years for my positive reviews from Consumers as well as the "Women in Wealth" award.
