I have been a real estate professional since 1994, 2009 received my broker real estate license. I concentrate my efforts in the Residential, Investment, Multiple Family and Commercial properties. When John's not busy landing deals for his clients, you can find John with his family. Married over 50 years to his wife Vicky, they have three grown children and six grandchildren. We are so lucky to have all our family living in The Miami Valley.
He grew up in Kettering, Ohio and graduated from Fairmont West High School, attended Northern Michigan University with a degree in Business, Economics and Accounting. He became President of his fraternity and to earn spending money worked in the cafeteria washing & cleaning. He moved back to Kettering to work in the family business, the W.H. Kiefaber Co. He worked in all departments, warehouse, counter sales, outside sales, accounting, purchasing, accounts receivables, inventory control, payroll, then management, Executive Vice President. The family business was sold in 1994. He received his real estate license in 1994 and later his broker license in 2009. He has been helping families and investors ever since.
He has enjoyed many different activities throughout the years, from swimming, tennis, squash, yoga, skiing (water & snow), boating, sail boating, scuba, hiking, camping, hunting, card games, chess, checkers, golf, shooting, martial arts. He currently has his Black Belt in To Shin Do. He even skydived, only once. These are just a few activities he does after a long week working hard for his clients. . John has dedicated his life to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. He can address all their real estate needs no matter what the address is...
He has now been in real estate for over 30 years and has built up a team of eight agents and is growing. He is dedicated to helping the new agents achieve success.
