After spending a quarter of a century in Broadcast News as both a Meteorologist and Morning Anchor, Arica made the switch to full-time Realtor in 2004. Arica enjoys working with Buyers & Sellers every day to accomplish their real estate goals. Arica has also furthered her real estate expertise in order to assist people that need specialty services. Having moved several times during her television days, Arica relates to the stress moving for work can put on a family. As a Relocation Specialist, Arica channels that experience as she assists Central Ohio corporations in moving their employees to positions across state lines and into new chapters of their lives. Arica provides an empathetic, yet strategic, service as a Short Sale, Foreclosure Resource Specialist. She helps Sellers who can no longer pay their mortgage navigate the Short Sale approval process with their lender. Becoming a REALTOR® has provided Arica with a multitude of moments of pride. She has worked hard to find new buyers their first home, assisted Veterans to qualify for VA loans, found "forever" homes for young families, and scored the right properties for Investors. However, if you ask her, she would say her hardest job by far is being the Mom to two young adult daughters!
