Connie has past experience in the architectural and interior design fields. She has worked as a new home sales rep, has the Accredited Buyer's Representative designation (ABR), and is a certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP). This background makes her a great partner to represent you on the purchase of a home, even a new build. Most builders include buyer representation commission in their pricing. 

Connie also has the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, the Professional Property Stager (PPS) certification, and an interior design background, making her a great choice as a listing agent. We offer professional photography, videography, and drone photography (where beneficial) to our Sellers at no charge. 

Phil has a business background in sales, sales management and productivity. He also studied marketing, marketing research, advertising, statistics, business and professional writing, business speaking and persuasive communication. This background has proven beneficial in communicating with buyers and sellers, running comps on seller's homes and properties we show to buyers, as well as choosing the best places to market our seller's homes and to find "off market" homes for our buyers in a market with little inventory.
