Hi, I’m Diane Todd, a Howard Hanna REALTOR® with lifelong roots in Far South Columbus. I still live on the street where I grew up, and serving on the Scioto Southland Civic Association board keeps me closely connected to the people and places I call home.

I’m a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). Those designations support the work I do with older adults, their families, and military households navigating a move. When a sale involves repairs, cleanouts, vendors, or family members in different places, I help keep the details moving and everyone informed.

I work throughout Far South Columbus, Groveport, Obetz, Lockbourne, and nearby communities. I also help clients across Central Ohio, often within about an hour’s drive of downtown Columbus. My approach is personal and straightforward: honest communication, practical guidance, and steady support from our first conversation through closing.
