Hello, My name is Billy Fristo and am originally from Toledo, Ohio where I attended St. Francis de Sales High School and Graduated from The University of Toledo with a degree in Entreprenuership and Finance.

I have been in Real Estate since 2003, having worked on the real estate title side of things and have closed several thousand transactions. I also owned and operated a Barry Bagels Franchise in Dublin, Ohio from 2013-2018. I started my Real Estate career in Central Ohio with HER REALTORS® in November 2019 and have consistently been working with both buyers and sellers ever since. I am currently with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services and continue to enjoy even more success with this great company. 

Based on my reviews, the secret to my success is my ability to communicate with my clients and other agents in order to achieve positive outcomes. My persistence to get the best results for my clients is what I am driven to do and enjoy getting results. My happiness comes from watching my clients get the house they want with or without multiple offer situations, selling their house for over ask and the joy of getting an accepted offer when the deal seems to be fading away. I am here to help and my clients would agree that working with me got them the results they were after!

I am happily married to my wife, Jennifer and we have 2 children, Kyleigh and Parker. We are a big sports family and our 2 children are involved in several sports and activities in and out of school. Kyleigh, who is 14, is an exceptional artist and plays tennis for her high school and plays the violin as well. Parker, who is 12, plays travel hockey for the Bluejackets and travel baseball for the Hilliard Colts. As a family, We are always on the go and love to travel. I really enjoy working with buyers and sellers from Toledo to Columbus and, " Referrals are the best form of a thank you." So, I always say #JustCallBilly
