Russell Wells

Hi! I’m Russ Wells and I have been a Realtor for nearly 8 years. I’m new to the North Royalton branch of Howard Hanna and I’m very excited to be here.

I have lived in North Royalton for 28 years where I raised 2 sons with my wife Cheri. We are both retired teachers from North Royalton City Schools. I was an Industrial Arts teacher at North Royalton High School, where I taught an array of classes including Architectural Drafting and Carpentry. I also coached football, softball and track. I have been a member on the North Royalton City Recreation Board for over 20 years. I started a city basketball program over 25 years ago which continues to be a recognized program by the city and is still active. I was also active with the city baseball programs as a coach and trustee when our sons played.

I have been the owner of my own remodeling/construction company called SHOP CLASS CONSTRUCTION. I have employed numerous former students helping them to learn a trade in the home construction world.

With both of my careers, I find that both working on houses and just viewing the architecture of house is what has led me to a career as a Realtor. I enjoy finding good solid homes for people of all ages in order to put them in their perfect forever home.
