Real Estate really inspires me because it  enables me to help others. I have experience with navigating buyers throughout the entire process, from choosing a lender, helping with  paperwork to become pre approved, and guiding them through to the closing table. I have experience with  sheriff's sales, working with sellers, and remodeling both residential and commercial properties.  Currently owning 2 local restaurants I have experience with landlords, lenders, appraisers, contractors, customers and employees. For the past 25 years Perrysburg has been my home where I live with my 2 teenagers, Bert the bulldog and Pippa the mastiff.  I am on a curling team "Cobra Kies" at the Black Swamp Curling Club and love to practice yoga.  Being prepared, positive, and motivated, I absolutely look forward to the opportunity to meet new people and make their home buying or selling journey a positive and memorable one.
