Beth and Jeff - Our Real Estate Experience
It started with a love of homes and everything real estate years ago. We always followed trends and housing news, had experience buying and selling multiple properties over our lifetime for ourselves and rental investments.
As we approach our 5th year in the business, we have produced over 15 million in sales volume and sold homes in 22 different cities in the Greater Cleveland area. Our referral business has grown to the point that we decided to partner with the Michael Della Vella Team, to continue offering top notch client service and experience as our business grows. We do real estate different.
Our business focuses on quality, not quantity. We want to provide as much value as possible to the client, which has helped us build our business by referrals.
While other agents are making cold calls, chasing strangers on the internet and paying for sales leads, we focus on building personal relationships with current clients, past clients, friends and family. We have found this to be key in the success of our business, and it is far more rewarding for both us and our clients.
Real estate is a second career for both of us. We had successful prior careers, but when we reached our 50's we decided to embark on a second career we could do together that would utilize our skills and provide both value and benefit to others. We love what we do and we love helping others!

Beth is a retired flight attendant who has always had a love for helping people and real estate. Her flight attendant skills help with negotiations and bringing people together to make a deal work - as that was a vital part of flying the friendly skies and dealing with many types of people and personalities.
Jeff has a background in fixing up homes and has a good eye for things to look out for that the average person may not notice. He loves sharing advice and tips for keeping a home in shape.
