Brenda is a licensed Realtor with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services & President Sales Club Award recipient, holding over two decades of experience as a licensed professional in the real estate industry. Her real estate experience includes previously serving as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (Commercial & Residential) for a large appraisal firm and as a Commercial Appraiser for tax assessment including valuations for complex residential and commercial properties and representing the assessor’s office at appeals hearings. She holds the following Designations and Certifications for Real Estate Professionals: Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation, Certified New Home Specialist™ (CNHS™), Residential Relocation Specialist (RRS), Resort & Second-Home Specialist (RSPS), and Certified Negotiate Expert (CNE®). Brenda has held Certified General Real Estate Appraiser credentials in three states, this is the highest license level available for appraisers. Besides her experience with single-family residential properties, including luxury homes and subdivision model valuation and consulting, she has expertise in a wide variety of properties, such as land, multi-family residential, professional, and medical offices, retail, mixed-use and light industrial. Brenda also specialized for 15 years in marketing and public relations prior to her foray into real estate. With that combination of knowledge, she is able to leverage both an insight of value and an understanding of a client’s unique needs in smoothly guiding each purchase and sale as a Sales Associate with Howard Hanna.
