Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent more than 20 years helping organizations navigate change, solve complex challenges, and build lasting relationships. Working alongside healthcare systems, nonprofit organizations, and executive leaders taught me the importance of listening first, asking the right questions, communicating clearly, and advocating for the people I serve. Those same skills are at the heart of how I guide every real estate client.

As a lifelong Clevelander, I know that finding the right home, or preparing to sell one, is about much more than square footage or market statistics. It's about understanding neighborhoods, recognizing opportunities, maximizing your home's value, and connecting you with trusted professionals and local resources you can rely on.
