Thanks for stopping by - I am so pleased to be a member of the Howard Hanna Real Estate network. I have been a Licensed Realtor since 2010, joining Howard Hanna in 2019. Prior to a career in residential real estate, I worked as an environmental scientist and consultant then switched roles to be a full-time mom. I believe my background has honed my critical thinking, planning, and problem solving skills have helped to make me an outstanding real estate agent. Yes, I do tend to "mother" my first time buyers!
BUYING Whether you are buying your first home, moving up, or investing, I take your home purchase very seriously. The home-buying process is about the customer's satisfaction as we strive to achieve their home ownership goals. I like to meet with my buyers in advance to outline the process from pre-approval and agency, to showings, offers and closing. I make sure my sellers understand the current market and have realistic expectations, giving them tools to make offers that will be accepted!
SELLING When representing sellers, I understand clients selling a family home can feel emotional, overwhelmed and uncertain. I consult with my sellers way before they plan to sell, informing them of the current market and describing the homeselling process in detail. Then as a team, we make sure the home is decluttered, in good repair and staged to optimize its appeal to buyers. Similarly, I take pride in preparing the listing’s verbiage, professional photographs, and marketing material. When their home hits the MLS we are ready to go! We discuss strategies in pricing and negotiation to assure they are getting the best terms and optimal price.
ACCOLADES I have received multiple Howard Hanna’s Mega-Million Dollar Agent Awards, the Green Penguin Customer Satisfaction Awards, the VIP Champion’s Club Awards as well as Ohio President’s Sales Club honors. However, the best reward, in my opinion, is getting positive reviews, referrals and repeat business from satisfied clients! I am happy to say I have built my business on referrals from happy clients!
