I have been in the Real Estate Business for 30 Years. I first started just out of college working for my Father at his Real Estate Company. The company sold to a corporation whom I worked with for ten years as an REO and Asset Manager. Since that day, I have had a specialty in Distressed Assets, Foreclosure and Residential Real Estate Sales. In conjunction with dealing with these properties, I have developed another specialty in Property Management. In between and overlapping my career was always a lateral career in Property Management. My strength in Property Management has allowed me to have a specialty in moving Senior Citizens. In many instances these moves involve the sales, donation, retaining and disposing of household items. It can be daunting but it can be handled in an easy way even with the toughest, emotional moves.
Throughout my career, I have dealt with leasing, Land Contract Sales, Non-Performing Note sales, individual and bulk investor properties. I love working with sellers, buyers and investors. I have worked at Sterling Bank and Trust, GMAC, Farbman Group and I-Serve Servicing on the corporate level. I have also worked for small entrepreneurial local Michigan companies and investors. My diversity in properties include a heavy emphasis on Detroit, Pontiac, Flint and the whole State of Michigan.
Having grown up in Bloomfield Hills, I am now coming back to my hometown roots. I have a strong knowledge of the City of Bloomfield Hills and surrounding cities in the Tri-County area. I never left Michigan, I love the State and where I grew up.
