LILLIAN MAY MUSHRUSH     

I have been proud to be a Realtor® for over 40 years serving Sellers and Buyers on the east side of Cleveland primarily the Chagrin Valley. During that time, I was a Broker of my own company Chagrin Falls Realty for 23 years. It has been an honor to serve both Sellers and Buyers to work together and listen to my clients while they experience their most important decisions about their home. I have been able to provide the most current information, financing and facts so that each person can make the most informed decision that is right for them. I want each transaction to be pleasant for everyone and not stressful. Buying and/or selling a home should be a happy experience. My background is strong in the building business. My family developed and built homes and my husband and I have continued that business currently.

I am married and have two adult children. I have moved 20 times being in the building business so I know what it is to move! One of my passions is animals and I have had a Horse farm before with my husband. My degree is in Horse Husbandry and I have loved selling Horse farms over the years. I live on a family farm with my husband and my Mother has her own suite within our home. Next door my daughter and son-in-law live in the main farmhouse. My youngest daughter teaches school in South Carolina and helps with the farm in the summer with the flowers and garden. We raise chickens, pigs and turkeys and also have a mini pony and donkey. My daughter Tiffany is the head of the farm and sells our product to the local restaurants, Geauga Markets in South Russell, and in the store at the farm.
