Go Ask Alice!
The Howard Hanna Cleveland City Office is delighted to announce the addition of long-time Ohio City resident, Alice Dickson, to our office! Alice grew up in Rocky River, attended Lake Ridge Academy, and graduated from Rocky River High School. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Political Science & International Relations.
Alice’s early professional career in Cleveland was spent in restaurant & hospitality management where she learned the importance of unparalleled customer service. She held various roles with TGIFriday’s corporation and was influential with local independent restaurants like Piccolo Mondo (one of Michael Symon’s first chef positions) and perennial Cleveland favorite, The Flying Fig.
An active Ohio City neighbor since 1991, Alice owns a home on Clinton Avenue. In 2008, she moved to Fort Myers Beach, Florida where Alice pursued her growing interest in real estate and received her Florida real estate license the same year. She is currently affiliated there with VIP Realty, a Leading RE company, and has earned the following designations: Certified Negotiation Expert, Beach Lifestyle Specialist, and Vacation Advocate.
As is so often the case with Cleveland natives, the city’s attraction – coupled with lifelong friends & Ohio-based grandchildren – Alice began spending more & more time here a few years ago. We are over the moon that Alice decided to continue her real estate sales career here with us! Her humor, positive attitude, & neighborhood knowledge will be an asset to all her future Cleveland clients! She can be reached by phone or text at (239) 848-8224.
