Suwanna Prentiss

Suwanna was born in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand and learned to speak, read and write in English while she was in school. She moved to the USA in 1995 and obtained American citizenship in 2001, so that she could have a voice in elections and be a part of the community. Suwanna first obtained her residential real estate license in Oklahoma in 2002 and started selling new construction homes in 2004. She was the top producer for a local real estate office in the Lawton/Ft. Sill area from 2004-2017; here, she helped military families negotiate their VA loans to pay their mortgages and other clients to obtain financial mortgage. Using her knowledge of custom-built homes, she also started a construction company in 2010 with her husband, Mike, to flip houses. In 2017, Suwanna moved to Green, Ohio, earned her Ohio real estate license, and joined Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. While her diverse experience has certainly helped her succeed, Suwanna’s ability to adapt to an ever-changing market and to always learn something new about the real estate industry keeps her the most productive and prosperous.
