My name is Sarah Pierce and I’m a Cleveland convert! When I was growing up outside of Philadelphia, I would have never guessed that I would one day call Cleveland home.
Being married to a former Naval Officer I had the opportunity to live anywhere in the country, but when we settled down the only choice was Northeast Ohio. Cleveland has the best food scene, thriving arts and culture, fabulous parks and beaches all across the lakefront, and it just keeps getting better.
One of my favorite things about the Northcoast? The cost of living. Where else can you find housing in such a great location at such an affordable price? I love living so close to the Lake and all of the activities that go along with it- from boating to paddle boards, kayaking or just walking along the shoreline, we have access that is unheard of in other parts of the country.
Another great thing about our region is the small-town feel in our communities. Northeast Ohio is a great place to raise a family. My kids love activities from Parade the Circle to Light Up Lakewood. They enjoy the freedom they have to roam, watched over by friendly neighbors. They have formed life-long friendships with classmates because families stick around.
