I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Ohio and have become the local real estate expert in west Cleveland areas such as North Olmsted, Olmsted Township, Olmsted Falls, North Ridgeville, Fairview Park, Westlake, Avon, Bay Village, Rocky River, Lakewood, Berea, Parma and Parma Heights. I am a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), the Division of Real Estate, as well as ACAR (Akron and Cleveland Association of Realtors). I am both a buyer's and seller's agent. I specialize in all types of homes from lake and golf homes to investment properties, and work with first time home owners, investors, growing families looking to upgrade, retirees looking to downsize, people relocating and veterans.
I come from both a marketing and a customer service background, and I have always taken pride in my work ethic. Whether I was working retail, waiting tables, bartending weddings and parties at banquet halls and country clubs, marketing businesses on social media or selling real estate, I have always given 110%. Before pursuing real estate, I was the social media marketing manager for Outrage Inc. (a company that owns and operates various Johnny Malloy's Sports Pubs and Geppetto's Restaurants throughout the greater Cleveland area). While in school, I had a number of customer service based jobs at various companies and retail stores. I also bartended at various banquet halls and country/golf clubs throughout Cleveland. Every job and position I've held previous to real estate has prepared me for this career. I believe in order for one to become a successful real estate agent, one must have excellent marketing skills and a knowledge of the market in the communities served, but most importantly, one must possess a passion.. a passion for houses and a passion for the people who make the houses a home. A house is just a house, family and love are what make a house a home.
