I am a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and Virginia.  I work as an associate broker with Howard Hanna.  We are the largest brokerage in our region.  I work with both buyers and sellers. My business areas are northeastern North Carolina's Albemarle region and the Outer Banks plus the cities of Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth and Suffolk in southeastern Virginia.

I live in Currituck County, in Waterlily.  I like to garden, cook fresh foods and spend time on the water, boating and fishing.  I have four grown & married children and nine wonderful grandchildren.  Family dinner on Sundays is a regular event.

My business is mostly residential homes and lots.

Helping sellers determine the likely selling price of their home or property is my strong point.  I will advise you on your current condition: is your home ready for market or do you need to make upgrades or repairs?  I will help you find repair contractors if needed.  I will paint a clear picture for you of your property's value selling AS-IS vs. upgrading and then selling.
