C Martin Heaps

Martin Heaps, Associate Broker at Howard Hanna.  I've been a full time Realtor for 25+ years and have been an Associate Broker for 23 years. During that time, I've worked with all types of Real Estate with a strong concentration on Farm & Land Sales in York and the surrounding Counties. I carry an Associate Brokers license in Maryland as well. In 1994, I opened C.M. Heaps & Associates, acting as owner operator of my own brokerage specializing in farm sales, land development along with residential sales.

Prior to Real Estate I owned and operated a dairy farm with over 150 heads of purebred Holsteins. During the mid 90's, I opened and operated Susquehanna Auction Team, specializing in land and estate liquidations via public auction.

I look forward to working with customers throughout the county. Whether you are selling, buying, or developing, I look forward to using my knowledge in these changing times. I have seen interest rates in the 1980s upward of 15% to as low as 3.25% in 2012. 2014 expects to be a strong year with inclining values.

I am a member of the Realtors Association of York & Adams Counties, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I am a graduate of the Pennsylvania Realtors Institute, Reppert School of Auctioning and carry a certified Negotiation Expert Degree.

I have three grown children, Leah, Sam, and Anthony plus 2 beautiful grandchildren, Nick and Khloe.
