Cheyenne Kitoko

Hi, I'm Cheyenne Kitoko, a Hampton Roads REALTOR®, sociology student at Virginia Commonwealth University, and proud wife and mother of two. My passion for helping others has always been at the center of everything I do, whether serving families as a birth and postpartum professional, working in my community, or helping clients navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home.
As a child coming from a military background and a spouse in law enforcement, I understand the challenges that come with relocating, finding the right community, and creating a place to truly call home. My goal is to make the real estate process feel less overwhelming and more empowering by providing honest guidance, strong communication, and personalized support every step of the way.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me spending time with my family, exploring local businesses and events throughout Hampton Roads, traveling, planning community activities, and creating content that helps newcomers learn more about life in the 757. I have a passion for education, advocacy, and helping people connect with the resources they need to thrive.
My "why" is simple: I believe everyone deserves a place where they feel safe, supported, and able to build the life they envision for themselves and their families. Real estate is more than buying and selling houses—it's about helping people create a foundation for their future.
Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, military family, investor, or relocating to Hampton Roads, I'm committed to helping you achieve your real estate goals with confidence.
Helping you find more than a house—helping you find home.
