Griffen Hilton

I have loved real estate, design, and architecture since I was a child. Growing up, my mom and I would go to open houses on Sundays. We loved touring the different homes and neighborhoods and talking with others about what makes a house a home.
My family, most notably my mother and grandfather, instilled in me a belief in the importance of giving back to your community. This ultimately led me to careers in veterinary medicine and human medical imaging, fields where my passion for caring for others was needed. My love of homes and design, however, never went away and I eventually decided to transition over to a new path, real estate (also my grandfather’s career). With this transition, my caring and passion is now dedicated to my clients, helping them find the perfect home for their family while making the process as clear and easy as possible. I have also chosen to earn my Green Designation in order to help clients find homes with increased energy performance and healthier, more comfortable living spaces. Whether you want to improve the resale value of your home or are looking for a new, more resource-efficient property, I can help!
Patient care was always my strongest asset and I understand the importance of really listening to people. Home buying and selling can be confusing and stressful, but I guarantee I will answer every question you have so you can make the best, most informed decisions with confidence and understanding.
Outside of work, I spend my time with my husband, son, two rescue hound dogs, a cat, and a bearded dragon. We love hiking around the Charlottesville area, visiting the local breweries and wineries, catching movies at the Alamo, and spending time with our amazing neighbors and friends; (a lot of that time includes the animals as well, even the cat and bearded dragon!).
