Katelyn Mancini

Katelyn has been a licensed Realtor® since 2011 and is an active member of the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors (CAAR). Being a second generation Realtor® she brings a variety of exceptional sales, marketing and negotiation skills to her clients.

Katelyn dedicates a lot of her time volunteering for non-profit organizations and giving back to local charities such as Toy Lift, Habitat for Humanity and City Serve at her church. She served as the 2023 Fluvanna SPCA Board of Directors President. She is often seen showing property accompanied by her rescue pup and four-legged assistant “Minnie.”

She graduated with a Business Degree from Bridgewater College and was an accomplished student-athlete riding on the Equestrian Team. She still rides, competes and is a member of the Farmington Hunt Club. She and her husband welcomed a baby boy June 2025!
