I am a loyal friend an avid reader who find joy in cooking and spending time with family. I cherish lifelong friendships and business relationships and thrive on my great multi-tasking skills that I have acquired over the years while balancing my personal and work life. Traveling inspires me, allowing me to explore new culture and experiences which allows me to be excel in property management. My favorite thing of all time is butterflies which I believe symbolize transformation and beauty. In my downtime, I enjoy peaceful evening, whether reading a good book or sharing meal with loved ones. I am a dedicated licensed property manager based in Hampton Road. I service the entire Southside and will travel to Newport News and Hampton. Specializing in serving investors, private owners and the “accidental landlords”. With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have successfully managed single- family homes, duplex, quads, and a 65 units apartment complex.
As a certified maintenance coordinator, and previous renter turned current homeowner, I understand the unique needs of both tenants and property owners. My focus is on tenant retention, helping clients grow their income, maintain their property without decreasing value and having a steady cash flow. I take extreme pride in my commitment to excellence.
